M&M Tree Service, is looking for reliable, rugged individuals with a valid driver’s license and strong work ethic to join our company as a ground person. Applicants must possess a genuine interest in working and be capable of handling the physical aspects of the job. Individuals with “It’s just a job” mentality need not apply. We will train the right persons, over an apprenticeship period, how to perform ground operations and how to operate relative equipment. Prior experience is a plus.
Applicants must endure working outdoors in all types of weather and demonstrate a commitment for hard work, safety, and attention to detail. Our crew leaders possess a “command” style of leadership and applicants must be able to execute tasks as per crew leader’s specific instructions. Applicants must possess an anticipatory style of work in order to maintain constant movement. That is, “Don’t wait to be told what to do.” Pay attention, learn and anticipate what needs to be done.
